19 05-18/8:00am 1006.4 +4.4 19 kph/SW 369 km. N =Final Observation= Cloudy and breezy conditions at the moment. Flood waters subsided. Overall, light damage especially on trees, billboards, and few shanties. Agricultu- ral crops adversely affected due to flood waters and winds.
