Tropical Storm CHEDENG will continue to enhance the Southwest Monsoon and bring moderate to heavy rains over the Western sections of Luzon and Visayas including Metro Manila.
Meanwhile, JTWC is forecasting LINFA/CHEDENG to reach Typhoon intensity within 24 hours then move Eastward across Central Luzon via Lingayen Gulf, Pangasinan.
