Check out NOAA's Real-Time: TC Formation Probability & TC Formation Areas of Interest. Northeast Monsoon (aka. Amihan) affecting Extreme Northern Luzon. Northeasterly Windflow blowing across Eastern & Southern Luzon, Bicol & Northern Visayas. Click here to view the T2K Graphical Satellite Analysis. Moderate-to-Strong El Niño still expected to continue at least into Spring of 2010 (March-April-May)...forecast to decay, returning to Neutral Conditions come May-June-July 2010.
